Who will pay for the Building Materials and the Builder?
The FHF subsidy will cover the cost of the Materials and the Building Costs, also guided by the Building Contract you will entered into with Zamumzi Developers. (T&C Apply)
As a Government Employee can I apply?
Yes, Government Employees are welcome to apply.
What if the FHF Subsidy is not enough to build my dream home?
You add your own savings, borrow money from the bank or your Stokvel. Speak to Zamumzi consultants to give you more information in this regard.
